Most classes taught by Pungra-certified instructors cost between £5 and £15 per session, depending on the venue and instructor, with concession pricing often available through community-organised sessions.
To find a certified instructor near you, use the instructor directory on the Pungra website — every listing includes the instructor's qualification, insurance status, and Pungra certification number. If there isn't a class near you yet, you can start with a Pungra YouTube session at home, or read about becoming an Activator to help bring a class to your area.
